The bar uses fresh and local ingredients, from the mint in a mojito to the egg whites in a Ramos Gin Fizz. Only hand-whipped cream is used and fruits are juiced at the time the drink is made. Dichotomy also proudly serves a flight of whiskey from Balcones, an international award-winning distillery housed just down the road. The featured drink menu pays respect to the speakeasy era, reviving classic cocktails with a twist of something new.
